Public Realm

Our premium products have been specified by contractors, architects and engineers for an ever-expanding portfolio of public realm projects across the world.

King’s Cross, MediaCityUK, Letchworth Garden City, Wembley Stadium, Piccadilly Place Manchester and The Savoy Hotel are just some of the sites enjoying the long term confidence of Ultrascape’s BS 7533 compliant mortar paving system.

Transport

UltraScape’s product portfolio is keeping the rail industry on track with a number of materials having been approved for use on the London Underground and Overground.

Its product offering is ideal for a range of applications across the transport sector including the installation of signals, signposts and bus shelters, as well as for the maintenance of kerbs, sleepers, and repairs to car parks, concourses and crossings. The products’ fast setting properties enable speedy project completion, keeping possession time to a minimum.

Historical & Environmental

UltraScape are committed to continually re-evaluating and reducing our environmental impact to encourage a positive, long-term future and have been recognised and awarded several times for our initiatives. UltraScape’s ECO products contain recycled glass, supporting our customers’ own sustainability targets without compromising product quality or performance.

UltraScape’s ECO products offer all the same benefits as other products in the range, however they contain 20% recycled material, significantly reducing the consumption of virgin aggregates.

They are ideal for schemes looking to achieve an ‘excellent’ CEEQUAL award, or where a BREEAM assessment is to be conducted on your building.

UltraScape has been used on a number of redevelopment projects of historic interest including Lincoln Cathedral and Swansea Castle. The aesthetic nature and durability of the materials makes them the perfect addition to such schemes.

Private

UltraScape’s BS 7533 compliant mortar paving system has been specified and used to completed a number of high profile, privately funded projects.

Some recent projects include The Savoy Hotel in London, the Marriot Hotel in London, Angel Building in Islington and The Mailbox in Birmingham.
