Mortar Buoy® is a ground-breaking inflatable device that acts as a dam, allowing for a flowable mortar ironwork installation within seconds – completely revolutionising traditional application methods.

To use, simply inflate your Mortar Buoy® within the access chamber, allowing 75mm-100mm to protrude from the chamber. It will act as an inflatable manhole, allowing you to maintain the proper dimensions whilst pouring your flowable mortar.

Once your mortar has reached initial set, your inflatable dam can be removed, and manhole cover reapplied. Mortar Buoy® is reusable, helping save on long-term installation costs.
