UltraScape graduates with honours at Lancaster University

UltraScape’s PaveJoint plus jointing compound has been used as part of the £320 million redevelopment of Lancaster University.

Lancaster University’s 10 year master plan demonstrates their commitment to providing world-class teaching and research facilities by emphasising the surrounding landscapes, developing a new campus entranceway, superior access roads and greater public spaces – walking around campus will now be easier and more enjoyable for students, visitors and teachers alike.

UltraScape PaveJoint plus jointing compound was specified and used by main contractor Henry Boot Construction, and subcontractor PP O’Connor Ltd., to install paving in a number of locations around the campus including the newly designed courtyard.

PaveJoint plus is a specialist jointing compound which offers a flexible and durable  finish when cured. Suitable for almost all types of paving, including natural stone, concrete, slate, terracotta and granite, PaveJoint plus is perfect for use on pavements, pedestrianised spaces or areas with occasional vehicle use – an ideal choice for this state-of-the-art university campus.

Available in a 25kg resealable bucket, eliminating wasted product, PaveJoint plus can be applied in all weathers, is resistant to freeze-thaw weather patterns and is available in natural and grey – the latter of which was used for this project.
