Instarmac Charity Committee donates £1,000 to Andy’s Man Club to support men’s mental health

Instarmac Group plc is proud to announce that its internal Charity Committee has donated £1,000 to Andy’s Man Club, reinforcing the company’s commitment to mental health and wellbeing in the communities it serves.

Andy’s Man Club is a UK-based men’s suicide prevention charity that runs free, peer-to-peer support groups across the country. Their philosophy is centred on creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where men can talk openly about the challenges they face or simply listen without pressure.

Instarmac believe that corporate responsibility extends beyond environmental and economic sustainability – it includes mental wellbeing in our workforce and broader community, therefore the decision to support Andy’s Man Club was an incredibly easy decision for the Committee. By making this donation, Instarmac hopes to help Andy’s Man Club continue its vital mission of providing accessible support to men in need.

The £1,000 donation will be used to support Andy’s Man Club in a number of ways, such as:

  • Supplying refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) at weekly meetings
  • Providing training and resources for volunteers
  • Helping with venue hire, printing and promotion
  • Supporting expansion into new regions and outreach efforts
