Looking for a versatile leveller that can be applied on a range of subfloors and over old adhesive residues? ProLevel Ultimate is for you.

Need a floor leveller suitable for depths up to 60mm in a single application? ProLevel One’s formulation enables early fixing of tiles even at thicker depth applications.

If time is of the essence, our rapid-drying ProLevel Rapid leaves a strong, sound base that’s ready to accommodate tiling after only 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, providing maximum flexibility for timber floors and underfloor heating, our ProLevel Fibre is mixed with specially graded fillers, cements and fibres.

The steps for application will vary slightly depending on which of our levellers you have selected. We therefore recommend referring to the individual leveller’s spec sheet before applying.

However, many of the steps can be transferred across our different products, as follows.

Step 1:
Prepare your substrate. How exactly you do this will depend on the substrate itself – if you’re applying on concrete, this will be a different process to applying on an existing smoothing underlayment. Check your specific leveller’s datasheet for more information.

Step 2:
Mix powder and water, if required, to your product’s specific ratio. You should be looking to create a lump-free, creamy material.

Step 3:
Apply your product by pouring it onto the floor and spreading with a smooth-edged steel trowel. Begin at the furthest point of the room and work backwards to the doorway to avoid walking on wet product.

Step 4:
Leave to cure according to product instructions.

Step 5:
Apply tiles of choice once your cure is fully completed.
