Instarmac Charity Committee donates £250 to Heart of Tamworth Community Project

Instarmac’s Charity Committee is pleased to announce a donation of £250 to Heart of Tamworth, a local community-focused charity that supports vulnerable members of the Tamworth area through services such as a community café, pantry, pre-loved clothes shop, and broader support for issues including loneliness, ill health, financial difficulties, addiction, and homelessness.

A meaningful boost for community support

Heart of Tamworth, founded in 2012, has become a vital pillar of support for residents in Tamworth and its surrounding areas. Its services range from running the Heart of Tamworth Community Café, panty, and pre-loved clothes shop, to offering outreach and support to people of all ages experiencing social isolation, bereavement, financial hardship, and other challenges.

The £250 donation from Instarmac’s Charity Committee is intended to assist Heart of Tamworth in continuing and expanding these vital services, whether through purchasing food and supplies for the pantry, supporting café operations, or contributing toward operational costs that allow the charity to remain responsive to the immediate needs of the community.

We know that even a relatively modest gift can make a real difference on the ground,” said Murray Lythgo, member of the Instarmac Charity Committee. “Heart of Tamworth does invaluable work in supporting people facing hardship, and we are proud to contribute to their efforts.”

Instarmac’s Charity Committee is responsible for identifying and supporting charitable causes that align with the company’s values of community and wellbeing. To find out more about Instarmac’s Charity Committee, please visit Instarmac.co.uk.
