Instarmac Group plc’s Charity Committee has made a meaningful contribution of £325 to Dementia Caring, a local charity dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their carers in the Lichfield and Tamworth area.
Dementia Caring is a volunteer-run organisation that offers vital services including Time Out Clubs – weekly half day sessions providing structured activities and care for those affected by dementia – as well as caregiver groups that give family carers the chance to connect, share experiences and access mutual support. These services aim to offer both companionship and much-needed respite for carers and their families.
The donation from Instarmac’s Charity Committee will go directly towards supporting Dementia Caring’s ongoing community activities, helping to sustain the charity’s care service sand support opportunities over the coming months.
Instarmac’s commitment reflects its broader community ethos – regularly backing local causes that make a real difference in people’s lives. In recent years the company’s charitable efforts have supported a variety of community organisations addressing needs from food banks to family support.
The donation underscores the importance of community support in enhancing quality of life for vulnerable members of society and recognises the crucial role that small charities play in the local health and wellbeing landscape.
