Instarmac Charity Committee donates £500 to Home Start Tamworth

Instarmac Group plc is proud to announce a £500 donation from its Charity Committee to Home Start Tamworth, a local charity dedicated to supporting families with young children facing challenging times.

Home Start provides invaluable support to families in the Tamworth area by matching trained volunteers with families who have at least one child under five. These volunteers offer weekly home visits, providing emotional and practical assistance to parents dealing with issues such as post-natal depression, illness, isolation, and multiple births. The charity also runs family support groups, fostering a sense of community and offering a supportive environment for parents.

The £500 donation will contribute to the charity’s ongoing efforts to deliver free, independent, and confidential support to families in need.

Home Start’s dedication to making a positive impact has been recognised with the King’s Award for Voluntary Service, the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK. This accolade highlights the charity’s outstanding contribution to the community and the lives of families in Tamworth.
