Instarmac Charity Committee donates £500 to support Asbestos Support Central England

Instarmac Group plc is proud to announce that its Charity Committee has donated £500 to Asbestos Support Central England, a registered UK charity dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by asbestos-related diseases and silicosis.

Asbestos Support Central England provides free, compassionate support, information, and guidance to those living with the effects of asbestos exposure, including mesothelioma, asbestosis, diffuse pleural thickening and asbestos-related lung cancer. The charity also assists individuals in navigating complex benefits and compensation processes and campaigns for stronger health and safety protections for workers and communities.

“We are delighted to support Asbestos Support Central England through this donation,” said Sarah Smith, spokesperson for Instarmac’s Charity Committee. “Their tireless work in helping those impacted by asbestos-related illnesses is truly inspiring. We hope this contribution helps them continue their vital services and reach more people in need.”

Asbestos Support Central England relies entirely on grants and donations to fund its services, which include expert advice on financial entitlements, assistance with paperwork, and emotional support for affected individuals and their families at no cost.
