Instarmac makes a difference to local community

The cost of living crisis is hitting everyone but none more so than the vulnerable people and families in our local community. During these difficult times, Staffordshire based manufacturer, Instarmac Group plc, remain even more committed to giving back, and supporting Tamworth residents as much as possible.

With that in mind, Instarmac have made their annual donation of food, toiletries and other essentials to Tamworth Food Bank.

Tamworth Food Bank, part of the Trussell Trust, is one food bank in a nationwide network all working together to ‘provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty.’ The incredible Trussell Trust are passionate about campaigning for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.

Each parcel provided by Tamworth Food Bank and The Trussell Trust contains a minimum of three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced food as well as personal hygiene items and toiletries. With inflation rates at a record high and utility bills soaring, the current financial impact is being felt by so many people across the country. At times like this, the support and care food banks give to their communities is more important than ever before.
