Canada’s premier utility contractor has been successfully using Instarmac Permanent Road Repair® as part of their fibre install across Ontario. Following on from this success, and with a new contract in Winnipeg on the horizon, the Senior Management Team at the utility company, wanted to use Permanent Road Repair once again to repair the daylighting holes needed to install fibre internet cables.

In order for Instarmac Permanent Road Repair® to be used by the utility contractor, it first needed to be approved by the City of Winnipeg. The approval process involved Da-Lee Pavement Products providing the City of Winnipeg with extensive independent test results carried out by the British Board of Agrément as well as their own laboratory carrying out tests to assess the performance capabilities of this world renowned asphalt.

After six months of research and testing, Da-Lee Pavement Products are delighted to confirm that Instarmac Permanent Road Repair® is now approved for use by City of Winnipeg for all utility installations and repairs.
