The results are in! Once again, Instarmac officially a ‘Great Place to Work’

Instarmac Group plc are delighted to have been officially named as a ‘Great Place to Work®’.

This is the fourth year that the company has achieved this accolade and is a fantastic acknowledgement of all the hard work that goes into creating and nurturing a great culture and first-class working environment.

In this year’s UK Best Workplaces™ Instarmac Group plc were just one of 162 organisations recognised by Great Place to Work® out of hundreds of entries. Companies are categorised by Great Place to Work® into Super Large, Large, Medium and Small according to the number of employees in their workforce and Instarmac are proud to have been ranked 37th for medium sized companies alongside other UK brands Freeview, Gorilla Glue and Webbs Garden Centres.

There are so many reasons Instarmac Group plc was recognised in this year’s ranking and why employees voted it as a great place to work!  From the work environment, culture, reward, engagement, strategy and direction all scoring above 90% in the employee survey results with HR and Leadership practices, polices and culture having scored highly in the Culture Audit®.
