UltraTrade Contract Leveller

UltraTrade Contract Leveller is a rapid curing and drying cementitious smoothing and levelling compound. It provides a sound, even base which creates an ideal substrate for the fixing of tiles or sealed finishes such as vinyl.

Our specifically formulated product aids application and strength resulting in a strong, sound and even base ready to commence the tiling process after only 8 hours or application of sealed surfaces within 24 hours at 20°C.

Good strength performance makes it ideal for preparing subfloors prior to installation of tiling materials, whilst its flow characteristics give a smoothness suitable for bonding of carpets, wood flooring, vinyl and other resilient floorings. Its fast set time (in good ambient conditions) enables light foot traffic within 2 hours.
