UltraTile ProSeal IT: The Next Generation

UltraTile, tile adhesives, grouts and ancillaries brand from the UK manufacturer Instarmac Group, has launched their next-generation pure silicone sealant.

The already renowned ProSeal IT has been given a fresh new look and is now available in an additional 2 colours: Jasmine and Titanium.  Both changes have been introduced to compliment the UltraTile FlexJoint grout, offering a complete finishing solution for all kitchen and bathroom applications.

The product is fully ISO compliant and boasts non-shrink high flexibility.  Suitable for a wide variety of sanitary and construction joint applications, this new look sealant accommodates high movement and temperature changes.

UltraTile ProSeal IT conforms to ISO 846 (Plastics, Micro-organisms) meaning it has powerful anti-fungal properties and performs to the highest level, even in high humidity environments.  It is also manufactured to meet the requirements of ISO 11600 F&G 25 LM (Building Construction Jointing Products), so this product is quality assured.

It is very fast skinning, resulting in a low dirt pick up, and also extremely easy to gun thanks to a thick-bodied formulation and will bond to most surfaces without the need to prime.

UltraTile National Sales Manager, Russell Steven states: “I am delighted to launch our new look ProSeal IT.  We have worked hard to promote this product in association with our leading grout FlexJoint.  Not only will the redesigned packaging help the buying process, the new silicone colours have been formulated to work in conjunction and compliment our FlexJoint range.”

ProSeal IT is available to order today in boxes of 12 x 310ml tubes.  There are 7 colours in the range: Clear, White, Cream, Jasmine, Titanium, Grey and Anthracite.

“As Technical Director it is crucial that my team and I are innovative and constantly thinking ahead. This is particularly true when we consider which raw materials we put into our products. The market is changing and the request for products with “green credentials” is gradually increasing. With that in mind, we are always looking to include “green” materials in all our development projects”.
