Tough Patch® (10mm)

Tough Patch® 10mm grade is a rapid curing, permanent cold-lay surfacing material (PCSM) suitable for permanent repairs in type 3 & 4 roads and temporary / emergency repairs in higher category roads. Ideally suited for use on bituminous /asphalt and cementitious paving and road substrates.

In light of the recent SROH clarification 30th May 2025 – NGA2.4 Cold lay surfacing material, Instarmac are proud to continue to supply our permitted PCSM, Tough Patch for all reinstatements within equivalent materials in terms of performance, such as HRA and other bituminous surfaces.  Detailed evidence that demonstrates Tough Patch’s’ in life durability is equivalent to HRA and other bituminous surfaces can be found on our PAS certificate which is available to download. Independent test certificates are also available upon request.
